- Watch out for prickly sea urchin spines when taking walks on the beach. Steer clear of walking barefoot put on an old pair of running shoes or flip-flops to guard yourself.
- Give your self plenty of time to break in new shoes just before going on trips where you are going to be performing lots of walking.
