Cotton palm is included ( but aren't limited to ) by advanced methods, springy palm, fire hands (burning palm), Advanced No-distance striking and universal power palm. Also included are learning how to use energy to be taken by a Yin palm out and the Yang palm to put negative energy directly into somebody. Also the delayed death effect and other advanced impressive methods come in the advanced program as well as more advanced methods of power transference including having the ability to strike a person nearly anywhere and have the strike travel through the opponents human body to a planned destination someplace else inside them. Recovery techniques for many of the energetic moves are included.

Ability tests include being able to put up three boards and break them all or only break anybody or two together of the boards as chosen by the teacher and being able to break bricks and get different effects with the stone breaks. There are other skill tests as well such as being in a position to gently hit by way of a very thick force shield pad and have the one who is holding the pad feel the hit as though the pad is not there. I have some police for students and have shown this reach via a bullet proof vest.

I also have a process that's shown as an ingredient of our advanced Tai Chi program that includes Internal Iron Body, Cotton Palm and higher level Dim Mak including having the ability to strike anywhere on their body and have your blow go where you would like it to along with how to contact the opponent very carefully (or so it seems) and broadcast a huge number of damage to their back and central nervous system.
